Today we are going to talk about 'Making More Money' by getting your home 'Market-Ready' and how it helped my Cleveland Park seller make an extra $400,000!

Initially, things were a bit chaotic. It was the holidays and the seller was packing to move, so we decided to quietly market the property 'Under the Radar' to over 20,000 neighbors.

About eight people took a look at the house and we got an offer of $1.1 million. The seller turned it down, finished packing and moved out.
