No More Nightmares: Another Success Story

I heard about Marjorie from three friends who had sold their units with her, and who all shared glowing reviews of working with her.

I had a nightmare with selling properties in the past because other Realtors never really lived up to their game plan. I thought that’s just the way it is.

In my initial meeting with Marjorie, she laid out her whole strategy and past experience in home sales. I knew from the start that selling my place in Cleveland Park was going to be a much better experience. Marjorie’s follow-through was unprecedented, and she really set the bar high for the real estate agents in the future.

When Marjorie arrived for our first meeting she was very well prepared. She showed me her whole track record, and I was overwhelmed at her preparedness and professionalism. She addressed the work that needed to be done and she had someone to take care of the painting, carpeting and hardwood floors. She had a staff person for each step of the way from home repair to staging.

The painting, carpeting and refinishing of hard-wood floors needed to be done before listing the property. From the time this was discussed, it was expected to take a week to complete. Initially, I anticipated that this job would take much longer and wasn’t sure if they’d be able to finish the floors in such a short amount of time. All the work was completed in excellent fashion in just 6 days!

Marjorie had a set plan, and she made sure everything fell in place according to schedule. The whole process was orchestrated according to the plan. Usually, something goes wrong when there’s so many people involved, but with Marjorie everything all went through smoothly and according to plan. 

Only one open house was needed. The people who bought the unit, signed a contract that day and want-ed a response the next day. Marjorie called me up that morning and we decided that a bird in the hand was better than a bird in the bush. Marjorie priced it right, as the buyers bid over the listing price. 

Marjorie even recommended a mover for me while the house was getting ready to be sold. She was a 1-stop shop and it was fantastic! She knew how to wheel and deal and make sure that I was the one who came out on top in the end.

Marjorie provides a lot of information and she lays it all out to help ensure that you make the best decision. She would always get back to me right away. She set  out to sell this property and she did. Her follow through was impressive. What she said, she did, and she got it done for more than the listing price.
