Personalized "Moving Pictures" meets the needs of both buyers and sellers!

If you have ever sold a home, I'm sure you wanted to make sure that the prospective buyers did not miss a thing. And for those of you who've bought a home or at least gone shopping for one, the last thing that you want is an eager seller hovering over you as you try to take a look.

Now, if you are a seller, you probably don't have the time to greet and guide each and every buyer. That's okay because your agent has most likely instructed you to get out before any buyers appear. And if you are a buyer you appreciate being left alone. However you would still like to know what the seller has to share.

At last there's a solution to this seemingly irreconcilable conflict...personalized "Moving Pictures" harnessing the power of video to enable the owner to cover everything without interrupting the buyer's experience. What we do is simple, more like an unscripted home movie than a glamorous advertising production.

We follow the seller through the home capturing candid comments and video pointing out "not to be missed" features. Our sellers may describe what they have enjoyed about the house and neighborhood, improvements made, and anything else that may "ring a bell" with a buyer. So, our seller conducts only one tour, covering every detail, to be experienced by hundreds or even thousands of buyers online.

As for the buyers, they gain valuable insights about the home without being inhibited or feeling rushed by the presence of the seller. A buyer who has decided to take a look, can preview the home online. Others may view the video after seeing the house in person. Maybe they just missed the open house. Plus, personalized "Moving Pictures" may attract even more buyers.

Many thanks to Christine, our Guinea pig, no, more like our "Alan Shepherd" guiding the initial launch of our new "Space Program." She did a terrific job, but she is not an actress. Christine is a real person with an amazing home in the Palisades to sell.

Please, walk through her home. Even if you are not in the market, you may think of someone who is. Also, we'd love to know what you think of our personalized "Moving Pictures." Just write MovingPictures@MarjorieDickStuart.com. Thank you!
