112 S West St has four levels--all above grade, one elevator, and stairs. The first floor offers an entry lobby, reception area, large conference room, kitchen and powder room. This floor’s amenities can be made available to the entire Building. The second through fourth floor includes a primarily office intensive build out. Each of the upper floors has a men’s and women’s bathroom and a kitchen. Eight covered parking spaces are included and accessed from S. West Street. Additional parking is available nearby.
